We deliver nationwide across Ghana, including Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale, and other regions. Estimated delivery times are 1–2 working days within Accra, and 3–5 working days outside Accra. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as delivery may be affected by factors outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

7. Returns, Refunds and Warranty

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours of delivery — with your order number and photos of the item, so we can resolve the issue quickly.
